The Role!

As an experienced Optical Assistant - Assistant Manager you may well be Managing a branch currently, or, should be!

You will be a vital part in this amazing business, dealing with different situations daily, meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, confirming appointments, making sure that the NHS Forms are in order, so your experience will be crucial! You will lead by example, whatever you ask of your team, you can and will be able to do it, and more!

Helping and showing team members, mentoring - Pre-Screening, giving expert advice, helping with frame choice, dispensing single/bi/vari focal, CL Teaches, general administration, your ability to help and steer patients in the right direction will provide an enjoyable journey for the patient and your colleagues.

Every day brings variety, you will work in a busy environment - juggling a lot of balls, keeping on top of everything, while being polite, sometimes that's hard as difficult situations do arise from time to time, but that's what will set you apart from the rest - your confidence, prioritising and making sure you do your best every day! Making sure clinics run on time, the business runs smoothly....

An enthusiastic, practical and amazing person, that's what we are looking for - A Manager! Dispensing glasses - dealing with the public, good admin skills, Rotas, KPI's - good telephone manner, if this sounds like you.... We want to hear from you!

Salary, £30K -+ Benefits and Bonus - on-going training, development.
