We are seeking a detail-oriented Practice Manager – to join a team in providing excellent eye care services. The ideal candidate will support all the staff, Optometrists, Optical Assistants, in delivering high-quality vision care to all patients.
Responsibilities
– Ensuring clinics are set up and the team are ready for the day
– Prepare patients for eye tests and procedures
– Help your team understand the best frame selection and fitting (Training staff)
– Handle administrative tasks, scheduling appointments and managing patient records
– Provide exceptional customer service to all patients – problem solving – complaints
Experience
– Previous Optical experience is essential, be it Supervisor/Assistant Mgr
– Knowledge of laboratory procedures related to eyewear production – helpful
– Understanding of basic anatomy, especially related to the eye, is advantageous

- Primarily, you’ll use your leadership skills and passion for your patients to inspire your colleagues to deliver really memorable customer service.
- Secondly, you’ll bring your amazing personality into the day to day running of the practice setting high standards to ensure everything runs professionally.
- Finally, you’ll build firm and longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

Salary c£30K – £35K + Benefits and Bonus
