Call Centre – Customer Service Assistant
With this role, you’ll be one of the first in the team that a customer speaks to. You’ll set the tone, ensuring every patient has a great experience and the start of what will be a happy, satisfied, customer journey. And you’ll get support to learn, grow and bring your very best right from day one. No customer service roles are the same, because each day a new issue, may arise, helping patients with individual needs, you could be taking calls, replying to emails or welcoming people as they arrive. You might be more office based one day and call centre the next – it’s a varied role, possibly you may be on the shop floor, for a few hours greeting customers/patients, but, you will be a valued team member..

Salary c£24K – £26K depending on your previous experience.
5 day week over 7 days, this will include a Sat or Sun
