McCartney Maxwell Ltd, Optical Recruitment, was established in 2003 by Yvette Maxwell-Darkes who has been in Recruitment since 1984. Before that she spent over 5 years in the WRAF based at RAF Lyneham.

Yvette has always enjoyed communicating with people from all walks of life in different industries, finding them the perfect job and making it happen!
