Optical Assistant – Dispenser – Pre Reg DO

The Role! 

As an experienced Optical Dispenser you will be a vital part in this amazing business, dealing with different situations daily, meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, confirming appointments, making sure that the NHS Forms are in order, so your experience will be crucial!

Pre-screening, giving expert advice, helping with frame choice, dispensing single/bi/vari focal, CL Teaches, general administration, your ability to help and steer patients in the right direction will provide an enjoyable journey for the patient and your colleagues.

Every day brings variety, you will work in a busy environment – juggling a lot of balls, keeping on top of everything, while being polite, sometimes that’s hard as difficult situations do arise form time to time, but that’s what will set you apart from the rest – your confidence, prioritising and making sure you do your best every day!

There will be progression, the opportunity to build on your skills – you may want to become a Team Leader/Supervisor, DO, or, Retail Management, this could be ideal for you.. So get in touch!
