Lab Technician

We are currently looking for experienced Lab Technician – you will be an experienced technician, clean worker,  able to work under pressure,  checking that your work is of high calibre and the service you provide is second to none!

Glazing, cutting, blocking, edging, tints, supra, etc, metal, plastic, being versatile, quick thinking and someone that is professional and friendly to work with.  

Working sometimes on your own or as part of a team, on-going training/development and in some cases the chance to cross train and add to your skills… Dispensing?
Many labs offer a one-hour service for most single vision prescriptions, helping with repairs too. As a lab technician you’ll often need to work quickly and accurately. Using your technical skills you’ll ensure your glasses are made to the highest possible standards.   

A good salary is offered, £21K – £24K depending on your exp to date, along with the opportunity to build a good solid career.

You will have 2 days off per week, you may work a Saturday or Sunday.
