A small group of independent Opticians based in the North West are looking to recruit a full time Practice Manager for their Liverpool branch. They are well known for excellent levels of customer service and participate in many shared care initiatives.

Role

• Achievement of all agreed KPIs, goals and financial targets
• Daily running of your practice
• Maintaining and improving standards of customer service within your Practice
• Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
• Developing and driving your team’s performance
• Maximising sales and profitability of your practice
• Controlling the training and development of your team
• Ensuring your team are complying with company standards of operation and adhering to NHS guidelines
• Recruitment, selection and induction for your team as required
• Production of relevant and timely management information and reports
• Carrying out one to ones with your team and hold regular practice meetings

Requirements

• Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC or experienced Retail Opticians manager.
• Previous management experience
• Experience of improving and increasing turnover in an Opticians
• Customer focused
• Confident

Salary

Between £21,000 to £28,000 plus bonus and benefits depending on exp and qualification.

The role is to work 5 days a week including Saturdays with working hours being from 8.50am to 5.30pm
