Dispensing Optician Manager

Fantastic opportunity, for a Dispensing Optician Manager  that wants to step into management, you may be a supervisor or team leader looking for your next step? Your main responsibility will be to drive the practice in a wide range of activities including: developing your team, helping with training issues, the achievement of sales targets, implementing company initiatives, communications, disciplinaries and reporting, KPI’s, generally managing the team/branch. You will be able to show that you have done this in the past, to some degree, or possibly been in supervisory capacity, also, that you lead from the front!  Being a people person – helping colleagues and patients, delivering to a high standard and maintaining this standard will be part of your normal working day.

You will be a qualified Dispensing Optician, that strives to do the best they can for their colleagues and patients, you may also, want some form of training to accomplish this role – that will be available too!
