Optical Manager – Dispensing & leading from the front?

Managing – A very busy branch so there will be challenges, making sure that clinics are running on time, patients are contacted to ensure there are NO – no-shows, taking responsibility and a great deal of organisational skill will be required. A proven background in Optics, with dispensing knowledge, being able to dispense at all levels, attention to detail and some prior knowledge of KPI’s, Targets, will secure this position.

You may be a  Trainee DO or an experienced dispenser, the main ingredient will be determination to do the job well!

You will be required to help and drive sales, help develop other team members. The salary is dependent on exp to date and what other training needs you may need…

Salary c£20K – £24K + Benefits – on-going development
